I made homemade pickled cabbage
just to have as an easy side

Simple

it comes from small steps… done consistently

Most people think detox is something you do

But your body is already doing it every day

The question is…
are you supporting it?

One system that often gets overlooked

Your lymphatic system

It doesn’t have a pump
it relies on movement and support

And when it’s sluggish

you might notice:

I see this often working in lymphatic drainage

So instead of forcing detox

It can be simple

Here are easy ways to add protein into your day:

Eggs with breakfast
Protein smoothie or shake
Greek yogurt (plain or lightly sweetened)
Chicken, turkey, or fish with meals
Cottage cheese or cheese snacks
Nuts or nut butter (great add-on)
Add protein to your salad (chicken, tuna, eggs)
Beans or lentils for plant-based options

Even small adds make a difference

Because when you get enough protein

Your energy stays steady
Your cravings go down
You feel full and satisfied longer

It’s not about being perfect

It’s about being intentional

My breakfast today was: Buckwheat warm cereal topped with mixed nuts
Sourdough raisin bagel herbal tea and scrambled eggs. Many of us were taught,
“don’t waste food”

So we learned to clean our plates
even when our bodies were already full

But here’s the truth

You don’t have to eat past satisfaction

Because when you do

Digestion slows down You feel heavy and tired
Your body works harder than it needs to

Today’s step:
Eat until you’re satisfied not full

Because your health

is more important than finishing everything on your plate
