Huge shout out to my training clients Angela & Dell for their great weigh-ins today! Angela is down 30 lbs & Dell is down more than 20 lbs since they started personal training. Both have been very consistent, getting 5-6 workouts each week, with a combination of 1-on-1 training, classes, & coming in for workouts on their own. Both are working on reaching even bigger goals & at this pace I don't think it will take long to reach them. Way to go ladies!

This weeks shout out is to seth! Over the past five months Seth has joined the gym and seen incredible progress. 🏆

Seth dedicated himself to his goals of getting stronger, putting on muscle, and burning fat.

Strength numbers for the 5months are:
Bench press 85lbs to 160lbs,
starting out on squats, struggled to squat bar-weight to depth but progressed to 200lbs.
Deadlift 135lbs to 225lbs, and pull ups from zero to 7! 💪

A big shout out to my client Courtney K. Courtney has lost over 20lbs during the last several months, while increasing her strength and stamina. Courtney’s hard work has allowed her to thrive in the gym, and her accomplishments are apparent in our classes, where she is considered a pace setter that other look to for motivation. Way to go Courtney! 💪

I first started working out to help with back pain caused by scoliosis. Along with weight training, stretching became an important part of keeping my back pain to a minimum.
The stretches help lengthen and loosen up the shorter side of my back caused by the s-curve in my spine.

Shout out to all my clients the last few weeks for breaking records 🏆
Kim and Kelsey both set the gym women’s wall-sit records with times of 7:01 and 4:05. Kim also broke her own push-up record for push-ups in a minute for women. 💪

PR shout outs to Seth and Kurt for adding more to their max benches, for 145 and 240!

And congratulations to gym member Jeremy, who broke the men’s second place deadlift record at 510lbs.

It’s great to see everyone pushing forward again! 👍
