With all the talk about Tylenol let’s chat…
Most people don’t realize Tylenol (acetaminophen) depletes your body’s stores of glutathione — your master antioxidant. Without enough glutathione, your body struggles to detox, repair, and protect itself.
👉 But Tylenol isn’t the only one! Many common medications drain glutathione, vitamins, and minerals. Here are just a few examples:
• Tylenol (acetaminophen): Depletes glutathione 🛡
• Statins (cholesterol meds): Deplete CoQ10 (important for heart + energy) ❤️
• Metformin (diabetes med): Depletes Vitamin B12 + folate 🌿
