With the fires and destruction in our area this past weekend there are natural responses our body has in high stress situations, fear and loss. You may feel numb, emotional (anger, sad, Irritable hyper, tired, empty), have difficulties concentrating, low or hyper motivation, changes in appetite, flash backs, or “over doing” things to avoid. There are many more and none of them are wrong.

Crosby Counseling has highly qualified trauma therapists and we would like to be available to anyone affected by the fires for a FREE meeting to process the events you have experienced.
There is NO obligation for counseling.
There will be NO fees attached.
