Sunday morning yoga isn’t glamorous, but it is special (isn’t all yoga?)! It’s me wedged in the corner of the room because my child is watching cartoons and my husband is throwing around kettlebells. With all that’s happening I still manage to find stillness (most days). Having a sweet little dog to join me in the moment makes it even better. And thank you Wilder for grabbing this photo of Penny and I 💛✨🙏🐾

Life got really busy this month, so I am late posting this class.
Since Christmas falls on the fourth Thursday this month, we will have restorative yoga on the third Thursay. I hope to see you at 6:45pm on December 18th at Real Life Wellness Studio. Drop-ins are $15, otherwise you can use your membership or punch card to attend.

This little Maple tree.
She's done this every year since we've known her. All the other trees have let go, embracing the change that comes with the season, but she holds on. Is she really strong, or just too scared to surrender?
I can see myself in this tree.
Suzuki Roshi summarized Buddhism in two words, "everything changes". Peace comes when you can let go of grasping and aversion which takes a lot of practice, even for a little tree.
