We’re excited to share that Heartwood is hosting an Angel Tree this year to support residents in need across our Care Center and Assisted Living!

Anyone is welcome to participate. Simply choose a card from the white tree located in the hallway between the Care Center and Assisted Living and become a Holiday Tree Angel this season. 💫

🎁 If you’re donating a gift, please make sure it:
• Is wrapped
• Is labeled with the matching card
• Is turned into one of our two front desks by December 19th

🚫 Please do NOT include the following items without permission from someone on our leadership team:
• Additional foods (due to dietary restrictions)
• Any medications
• Alcohol or weapons
