Coming in hot with another Service Highlight at Real Life Wellness Studio!

Strength classes are in the wheelhouse of our current owner Bailey. Throughout the last year she has spent time building a team around her to compliment and bring variety to our strength offerings. Buckle up because this is only the beginning.

Speaking of our owner, she has a pretty bold goal to break a studio record of hosting over 400 students this month. We have a week and a half left and it is within reach but we need your help!

Service Highlight!

We continue our service feature with our other original pillar of service: MASSAGE.

Real Life Studio has welcomed two massage therapists to the team since early 2025 to bring our total to three.

Our massage therapists have a variety of backgrounds and experience, not to mention amazing schedules! These ladies go above and beyond for their clients and we hope you get to experience that.

Service Highlight Sunday!

We would be remiss to not start off our service highlighting with where our studio started: Yoga.

For a decade we have been your go-to place for yoga classes. Our team and styles have grown through the years and we are proud of what it’s become.

RLW provides mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters and any other props participants may need in our class but students are welcome to bring their own if they prefer.

What does this picture of water bottles represent?

Community.

And the lost and found.

But more importantly, community and relationships. Which is one of our values at Real Life Wellness. After a class, our participants sit shoulder to shoulder to put boots and coats on, they chat about life, what is coming up in their day, the vacation they just booked, how their kids/grandkids are doing, the newest recipe they tried, how great the class was they just took, how they conquered a new move, or the latest happenings at the studio.

And sometimes that is enough distraction to leave behind water bottles. Full classes = more water bottles left behind representing that community.

It’s more than a workout. It’s where you belong. Where relationships happen and thrive.
