Every year we set goals. This year, I’m choosing intentions, gentle shifts that move us toward the strongest, kindest version of ourselves.

And honestly…. my theme from now through 2026 is simple:

Not perfection. Not waiting until I feel “ready.” Just taking the first step and allowing the results to unfold.
