But, it can be stressful for your health.

Here are a few recommendations from Dr. Bruce on ways you can enjoy the 4th without sacrificing your health:

💧Stay hydrated! As a general rule of thumb, you should be consuming 1 ounce of water for every 2 ounces of body weight.

☀ Wear your sunscreen! There's nothing worse than a post-4th of July sunburn.

🍻If you are going to partake in alcoholic beverages, do so with great moderation! Be sure to have an extra glass of water for each beverage you consume.
