We officially have a better idea of our opening timeline!

Our original goal was the end of March, but with parking lot work scheduled that week—and Easter + a quick trip out of town—we’re shifting things just a bit.

✨ New target opening: Week of April 13th ✨

This extra time allows us to:
✔️ Finish the build-out the right way
✔️ Get our girls fully trained and ready
✔️ Make sure EVERYTHING is perfect for opening day

✨ MEET THE OWNER ✨
Hi friends! My name is Kristin, and I’m the owner of Nitro Energy & Wellness — and soon to be Glow Up Energy Bar in Cross Lanes!

At N.E.W., we truly have the best crew, and I feel incredibly blessed every day. What started as a business has grown into a tight-knit little family, and I’m so excited to bring that same energy and community to Cross Lanes.

A little about me…

I’ve been with my amazing husband for almost 6 years. He’s the one doing so much of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly. Together we have a blended family of six kids and two sweet puppies, so life is definitely busy — but we love it!

Entrepreneurship has always been part of my journey. I’ve worked for myself or owned a business since 2017. I grew up in Hurricane, joined the Air Force, and later went to cosmetology school, where I eventually owned a hair salon for about 5 years.

A couple years ago I made the switch to these amazing nutrition clubs, and that’s where my heart and soul truly feel happy. Being able to serve our community with energy, protein shakes, and positivity every day is something I’m incredibly grateful for.

I can’t wait to meet so many new faces in Cross Lanes, and also continue serving all of the amazing people who already make the trip to Nitro to see us. Your support means the world to me! 🙏🏻

Update: We are starting to rebuild the walls!
Things are going a little slower than planned. We've had some bumps in our personal lives.. However, we do still hope to be done by the end of March with the nutrition club up front.
We will then have another additional surprise going in the back 😜
