Shamrocks, sidewalk chalk, and sweets! 🍀☕️

Yesterday our some of our residents had a blast creating festive shamrock art and enjoying delicious St. Patrick's Day cupcakes. Nothing says "Happy St. Patrick's Day" like creativity and a sweet treat!

Calling all book lovers! 📚❤️

We had the absolute pleasure of taking one of our residents, Parker, on a very special trip down memory lane.

For 28 years, Parker managed a bookstore, and his knowledge of books, authors, and music is incredible because he loved his job. He mentioned to us that he misses browsing in bookstores, so we knew exactly what to do—we took him to Barnes & Noble!

Let me tell you, seeing Parker walk through those doors was like watching a kid in a candy store. There simply weren't enough hours in the day to look at everything! His excitement was contagious, and we were right there with him, soaking it all in.

It’s moments like these that make our Dare to Dream program so special. So happy we could share this story with you all!

🌈🎨 Tie-dye magic was in the air!

Our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents got together for a colorful afternoon, creating beautiful silk scarves using bleeding tissue paper. The process was so much fun—but the real excitement was seeing the gorgeous, one-of-a-kind results! Every scarf turned out absolutely stunning.

🎨✨ Wishing upon a dandelion is even more fun with friends!

We had the absolute best time with our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents today, creating our very own "Make a Wish" dandelion art. The creativity was flowing, and the smiles were even brighter!

A huge thank you to the wonderful Sara from Bristol Hospice for volunteering her time and joining in on the fun. It’s amazing what a little paint, paper, and good company can do!

This year, our amazing community is trading in our daily routine for a global adventure. Each month, we’ll be "flying" to a new country to explore the sights, sounds, and flavors from the comfort of home.

For March, we are setting our compass to the Emerald Isle! 🍀🇮🇪

Get ready for a month of Irish craic (that's fun, to you non-natives!). We’ll be tasting traditional foods, listening to the hauntingly beautiful sounds of Celtic music, and maybe even learning a few steps of Irish dance.

Will you join us for a pint of the "black stuff" (root beer, anyone?) or try your hand at soda bread baking? Sláinte to a fantastic March adventure! 🍻

Sarah’s journey in senior living started 10 years ago in housekeeping, and she has since grown into a spectacular Caregiver.

Although Sarah has only been with us for a month and a half, her impact has been immediate. It’s not just her impressive expertise that caught our eye—it’s the way she carries herself.

Sarah is a true role model to watch. In a busy, stressful environment, she maintains her professionalism and composure. Her compassion shows immensely in every interaction, and she is constantly asking questions to ensure she is being thorough and communicative. That is the mark of a team player who truly cares.
