Let’s reframe that thought 💭

Instead of:
“I’m falling behind…”

Try:
“I’m moving at my own pace.”

Your journey doesn’t have a deadline ⏳

Save this for when you need it 📌

Let’s unlearn something today… 🧠

You don’t have to:
❌ Have it all together
❌ Be strong all the time
❌ Handle everything alone

Healing starts when you give yourself permission to not be okay.

WEEK 1 CHALLENGE

This week, take 10 minutes each day just for YOU.
No distractions. No responsibilities. Just you.

That could look like:
• Sitting in silence
• Going for a walk
• Listening to music
• Taking a deep breath and slowing down

You deserve time too 🤍

✨ Closing Out Women’s History Month Honoring Yolanda Johnson-Martin, LCSW ✨

As we wrap up Women’s History Month, we are proud to honor a woman whose impact continues to change lives—Yolanda Johnson-Martin.

With over 18 years of experience, Yolanda has dedicated her life to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and find their path toward healing and wholeness. As the founder of Resolutions Behavioral Health Services, LLC, established on November 13, 2018, she has built more than a practice—she has created a safe haven for growth, restoration, and transformation.

Her work spans school-based mental health, community mental health, and adult day treatment, supporting individuals facing even the most complex challenges. Through it all, Yolanda remains deeply committed to client-centered, personalized care, ensuring every individual feels seen, heard, and valued.

What makes her impact even more powerful is her holistic approach—blending evidence-based practices with a focus on the mind, body, and spirit. She empowers her clients to build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Beyond therapy, Yolanda’s role as a licensed funeral director reflects her heart for guiding others through grief and loss with compassion and understanding.

She is not only a leader in her field, but also a devoted wife to Normane Martin and a proud mother to her twins, Anthony and Avery.

💭 “Her work is rooted in the belief that true healing happens when the mind, body, and spirit are aligned. Because at the end of the day, healing isn’t just about surviving—it’s about becoming whole.”

Today, we celebrate Yolanda—not just for what she does, but for who she is: a healer, a leader, and a woman making a lasting difference.

đź’ś Thank you for all that you do. Your impact does not go unnoticed.
