On behalf of the entire SEARK Speech and Swallow team, we are so thrilled to have Tamara join us! πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

Tamara has been a speech pathologist since 1994. Most of her career has been working with 3-22 year old students in a public school setting. She received her Bachelor of Science from Lambuth University (now part of University of Memphis) and her Masters of Science from Tennessee State University. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. She has received additional training in working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorders (administering the ADOS-2, PECS, and behavioral supports), with language based literacy disorders (LIPs), and with motor speech disorders (PROMPT).

Casey has been a speech Language Pathology assistant since 2018. She graduated with her bachelors in 2018 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and obtained her Masters in 2025 from New York University. Casey has worked with kids ranging in age from 6 months old to kindergarten age. Casey has experience working with the adult population as well. When Casey is not working, she loves to play with her kids, James, Jasmen, and Scarlett, cuddle with her dog Chaco and watch funny movies with her husband.

Marci is married to Philip Roberts and have two beautiful children together Kalen (9) and Via (6). In her spare time she likes to garden, fish, and care for her farm animals. Undergraduate coursework was completed at University of Louisiana at Monroe and graduate school at Louisiana Tech University. She has been a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for the last 11 years working across a variety of settings.

Dalane has been a speech-language pathologist for 5 years. She graduated with her undergraduate and masters degree from Louisiana Tech University. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. She worked in the school system at just south Louisiana before moving to southeast Arkansas where she now works with birth-5 year olds in speech and language development. She loves this career and the opportunities she has been given to make a difference in each child’s communication abilities. When Dalane is not working she loves to spend time with her husband on their back porch reading and watching their two pups play. She enjoys visiting family and eating/trying good food!

April has been a speech-language pathologist for 12 years and is the co-owner of SEARK Speech and Swallow. April graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders degrees. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. April has experience treating clients of all ages with a variety of diagnoses. She is certified in the Ampcare Effective Swallowing Protocol and VitalStim for dysphagia recovery. In her free time, she enjoys being outside on her family’s farm and watching her son play baseball.

She has worked with both adults and pediatrics and has experience treating a vast array of speech /language disorders including dysphagia, voice , aphasia , apraxia , articulation, fluency and language disorders . She offers a supportive culture to help her clients thrive and achieve progress. Ginger enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
