I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Reiki Master in Westchester County, New York. I have worked extensively with families of children with disabilities within the Westchester County area through Early Intervention and The Committee for Preschool Education. I'm a cognitive behavioral therapist with a specialty in *EMDR. I specializes in treating anxiety disorders, as well as PTSD, depression, divorce & family support. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a technique used to clear symptoms of traumatic events using bilateral stimulation. I am also a Reiki Master trained in the Usui method of Reiki. My Reiki sessions are unique in that I am able to utilize my psychoanalytical training to address issues which may arise during the session. This combined method of energy work and "talk therapy" has proven to be an effective way to move through issues more quickly in a safe healing space. My true passion is facilitating groups concentrating on the empowerment and self-care of women and run twice monthly Transformational Women's therapy groups in Croton.

Whether you’re newly attuned or have been practicing for years, Reiki Share Sundays are a heart-centered space to reconnect, with yourself, your intuition, and a community of like-minded healers.

Held on the first Sunday of every month from 4–6 PM, this gathering is open to anyone who has been attuned to at least Reiki Level I.

Together, we’ll open with a sacred circle to set intentions, then rotate through the tables receiving and offering Reiki in a supportive, peaceful environment.
