Welcome to November.
In nature, this is a season of slowing down and rest — yet for many, it becomes the busiest, most draining time of year. This month, we’re flipping that script.
This month I'm going to do a series called "No"vember, let this be your invitation to set loving, firm boundaries — not from guilt, but from grace.
Week 1: Sacred Boundaries
Protect your peace, reclaim your energy.
How often do you say “yes” when your whole being whispers “no”? Each unnecessary yes to another event, favor, or obligation tells your body and mind that your needs don’t matter. Over time, this pattern depletes your energy and can lead to nervous system dysregulation and dis-ease.
Saying "no thanks" or "oh sorry I can't" is just as simple — and it’s a full sentence. At first, it may feel uncomfortable, but peace soon follows. That peace is your body’s way of saying, “thank you for choosing me.”
When you say no to what drains you — overcommitting, toxic relationships, processed foods — you create space for your body to rest, repair, and thrive.
This week’s challenge:
Take five quiet minutes to identify one thing that’s been draining you. Then, say “no” out loud. Feel how your body responds when you honor that truth.
If you struggle with boundaries or feel constantly running on empty, let’s create a personalized plan to restore your energy. Schedule a time for us to "chat here: https://l.bttr.to/PzBG3
