Crowell Nursing Center Resident Spotlight of the Week
At 94 years young, Eva was born and raised in Gonzales, Texas, along with her seven brothers and sisters. After marrying her sweetheart, Dan, the couple made their home in Margaret, Texas, where they raised three wonderful children and were later blessed with many grandchildren.
Eva quickly settled into life in Margaret and became the very best homemaker. She took great pride in caring for her home and family, always filling her days with love and laughter. One of Eva’s lifelong passions has been gardening — she has always had a true green thumb and a love for watching things grow.
Here at the Nursing Center, Eva continues to bring her joy and enthusiasm to everything she does. You can often find her at the Bingo table, where she never misses a chance to play and share a smile with friends. But above all, her biggest passion has always been her family, who mean the world to her.
We’re so lucky to have Eva as part of our community — she brightens every day with her kindness and cheerful spirit!
