Welcome to Lupie-Lucious Fitness, your place for Lupus Warriors seeking an active lifestyle. Our mission is to bridge the gap between invisible illness and fitness through interactive workouts, motivation, and the sharing of nutritional information. Our goal at LLF is to provide a safe space full of support for people who are actively fighting Lupus and other auto-immune diseases through healthy eating, yoga, and exercise.

It's Lupus Awareness Month! 💜💜💜

Hey Lupie-Licious warriors! 💜 Hope all is well with each of you. It's been a while since last posting. I've been finding my "cure" by doing all the things that make me happy in the places that also make me happy. With all we deal with daily we owe it to ourselves and our bodies to go where the love is and make sure there's an abundance of love for ourselves inside. Keep fighting and actively thriving my fellow warriors! Be gentle with yourselves. You got this! "Our fight, our cure, our way!" We're Lupie-Licious Warriors baby! 💪🏾 ~ LLF 💜

7TH ANNUAL JUNETEENTH CELEBRATION! June 19th - June 21st as part of the International Festival of Arts & Ideas as a full weekend celebration.

This year's theme is Voices of a People featuring our 'Free to Be' Open Studios on Zoom.

Join us for virtual performances, international classes live in Guinea, Senegal, South Africa, and America, and a Dance Party with 2 Live Djays!!

NEW CLASS ALERT!!! 🤩

Hey everyone! We're back with our weekly Diasporic Online Class Series. We are happy to announce we now have South African Dance with Portia Ncwane from 11:45 am-12:45pm EST!

We still have Guinea with live drumming from 10am-11:30am and Senegal from 1pm-2:30pm EST! 3 classes in the African diaspora back to back!
