Motivated to complete all the modules of Life Changing Energy's Sound Healer Course, I am now proudly certified in crystal singing bowls. 🔮

Ring the crystal bowls and chime the bells, I am officially a (Level 1) Sound Healer.

I completed an online program over the last several weeks with Life Changing Energy, teaching me about the history, the science, and the overall power of sound healing.

Crystal bowls have been making an appearance during savasana at Leni's Pilates

And perhaps a sound bath at Now Yoga Club will be scheduled this summer.
