Leaking urine when you run? 🏃‍♀️💧
You’re not alone—and it might not mean you have to stop running.

One simple tweak that can help ↓
⬆️ Increase your cadence (step rate).

Aiming for about 170–180 steps per minute can reduce urinary leaking, pelvic pain, or that heavy feeling while running.
Try increasing gradually using a metronome or a BPM running playlist 🎧
(Search: 170 BPM running playlist or 180 BPM running playlist to match your pace.)

Small change. Big difference. ✨
