Massage appointment alert!

I only have a few openings left in August!
Wednesday, August 6  at 1:45 (60 minutes)
Tuesday, August 12 at noon (60 minutes )
And I just opened up a few spots on August 25! There is room for a 90 minute massage and a 60 minute massage between noon and 3 PM!
And Wednesday, August 27 at noon noon! (60 minutes )

Ok everyone…. Big announcement.

Starting in August, I will be cutting back my massage hours.

I am old and I am feeling it!

A handful of appointments between August and December will be affected by the decrease in hours. You should have received a rescheduling email for your appointment if the changes affect you. 
I will be reaching out to everyone who is affected by the changes individually with an updated snapshot of all of your current appointments.

I decided that I needed to cut back if I am going to continue doing what I do! I do not want to put myself out of a job by pushing myself too hard!

2025 Updates!
There will be a slight price increase on services effective June 2025.

New prices will be as listed :
30 Minute Massage $45
45 Minute Massage $63
60 Minute Massage $84
75 Minute Massage $105
90 Minute Massage $126

New hours will be:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 10-5
Wednesdays and Fridays 10:30-2:30
* please note that we will be transitioning towards these new hours over the next couple of months! If you have appointments scheduled outside of these hours, the existing appointment times will be honored!

Terms & Conditions

I agree to store a valid credit or debit card on file at Simple Wellness.
I understand my credit/debit card will not be charged without my consent.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions I am giving my consent to Simple Wellness to charge my card if I do not give proper notice if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment.
I agree to give at least 24 hours notice if I need to cancel my appointment at Simple Wellness.
I understand I will be charged $25 for the first late cancellation (less than 24 hours)
I understand I will be charged the full amount of the service for late cancellations after the first offense.
I understand I will be charged the full amount of the service if I do not show up for my appointment AND do not notify BrynAlyn Evorik NO MATTER WHAT THE REASON.
I understand that I will not be allowed to return to Simple Wellness for services until the invoice is paid in full.(I totally understand that stuff happens, so please just let me know asap if you cannot make it to your appointment :))

I understand that BrynAlyn Evorik is not a doctor or physical therapist and the purpose of the treatment is for relaxation and stress management of both mind and body.
I understand that it is my responsibility to inform BrynAlyn Evorik of any changes or updates to my health and medical history.
I understand it is my responsibility to get bodywork approved by my medical practitioner before receiving and treatments.
I understand it is my responsibility to clearly communicate my comfort level regarding pressure during the bodywork session.
I waive my rights to pursue legal action towards BrynAlyn Evorik if I do not effectively follow these guidelines.
I understand that BrynAlyn Evorik reserves the right to terminate the session and discontinue future treatments if she feels the client is inappropriate any way.
