We are also transitioning away from Square and moving to a new invoice and payment processor designed for medical and wellness clinics.
Here’s what you need to know:
Square Afterpay will no longer be available.
We will continue accepting HSA and FSA cards for eligible medical expenses.
You’ll receive your invoices and receipts directly from our new secure system.
We appreciate your patience as we implement these updates — they allow us to operate more efficiently and in full compliance with evolving regulations.
⚕️ What’s Changing
The FDA has recently implemented new regulations affecting how compounded medications are prescribed and dispensed. To stay fully compliant, we’ve made some necessary changes.
We’ve always partnered with vetted, high-quality 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies, but due to the new FDA guidance, every prescription must be customized and personalized for each individual patient. This means that your medication’s concentration and dosing instructions may look slightly different than before.
