We had the absolute pleasure of meeting today! Such a genuine, compassionate soul with a beautiful mission to support women through every stage of their mental health journey. It’s always inspiring to connect with others who are pouring into women in such meaningful ways. 🤍
At Pelvic Affinity, we know that mental health and pelvic health are deeply connected. Stress, trauma, anxiety, postpartum changes, and life transitions can all show up in the body—especially in the pelvic floor. When women are supported emotionally and mentally, it creates space for physical healing too. We’re so grateful to build relationships with others who understand that caring for women means caring for the whole person.💕💕💕

Sara is a pelvic floor physical therapist, educator, and powerful advocate who’s:
🔹 Created an online platform that empowers women to take charge of their pelvic health
🔹 Built a massive following by breaking stigma and talking real truths about vaginas, postpartum recovery, leaking, pain, and more
🔹 Founded NOLA Pelvic Health in New Orleans, where she continues to provide compassionate, expert care
🔹 Educates thousands through her online programs, making pelvic health accessible and approachable for all
Being at PelviCon gave us a chance to get up close and personal with the movers and shakers in the pelvic health world — and trust us, the inspiration was 🔥🔥🔥.
We left feeling so seen, so motivated, and so ready to keep pushing this mission forward 💪💗
