Big day for our guy
Today marks the last day of his rehab and full return-to-sport process with us.

Charles began rehab process with us just 4 days post-ACL repair, and from day one we handled every phase with intention, using current evidence-based rehab, return-to-sport protocols, objective testing, and data-driven decisions. No shortcuts. No guesswork. No stone left unturned.

Charles showed up, put in the work, and earned every step of this process.

Fired up to watch him dominate this track season and take the football field again next year stronger, faster, and more prepared than ever.

This is the standard. 💪🏽

2025 has been unreal!

A year full of long days, hard conversations, risk, sacrifice, and belief in something greater, especially when the outcome wasn’t guaranteed. We’ve come so far in such a short amount of time, and the impact we’ve been able to make across Northwest Indiana is something I don’t take lightly.

To our patients: thank you for trusting us with your care, your goals, and your journey back to doing what you love.

To our supporters: thank you for believing in the mission, even before it was fully built, and for continuing to support us.

And to this team, thank you for showing up, pushing standards, and refusing to settle for average. You’re the reason Proven Performance PT is where it’s at today.

This is only Year 2.

We laid the foundation in 2025,
and 2026 is going to be something else!

Big shoutout to our friends over at Dance 413! 💃🏽🔥

We had such a great time working with these hardworking and incredibly talented athletes. Most of these girls go straight from long days at school and high school dance practice right into private training sessions at Dance 413, and they still show up ready to give 100%. The level of dedication, perseverance, and determination these dancers display is honestly off the charts.

Many of them push through not only the mental grind that comes with being a competitive athlete but also the physical challenges and even injuries that are just part of the sport. Dance is tough, it demands strength, endurance, precision, and resilience. But Dance 413 does an incredible job keeping their athletes healthy, recovered, and performing at their best. 🙌🏽

We’re grateful to play even a small role in supporting what they’re building, helping these dancers stay strong, prevent injury, and continue doing what they love at the highest level.

It’s awesome to see a local program that truly invests in its athletes, not just in their performance, but in their long-term health and development. ❤️

🏈 Proven Performance PT Partners with the Crown Point Bulldogs!

This Saturday, right after the big game against Valparaiso, we’ll be at the Crown Point High School Training Center from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM to help the Bulldogs recover and perform at their best.

We’ll be offering:
• Dry needling
• Cupping
• Massage therapy
• Stretching and mobility work
• Scraping

You’ve probably been told to stop.

Stop running.
Stop lifting.
Stop doing the things that make you feel alive.

And maybe… you did. For a while.

It sucks, doesn’t it? Feeling frustrated. Feeling unheard. Feeling like no one actually sees what you’re going through.

Here’s the truth: you don’t have to stop living. You don’t have to settle for “just manage the pain” or “wait it out.”

Recovering from an injury isn’t about avoiding movement. It’s about fixing the root problem and getting you back to moving the right way. It’s about understanding your body, rebuilding strength, and getting back to the life you love without fear or limits.

We see it all the time. Patients come in scared, confused, and unsure if they will ever get better. And then, with the right focus, guidance, and plan, they start moving again. They start living again.

This isn’t temporary. It’s not a bandaid. It’s about solving the problem at its source and giving you the freedom to stay active for the long haul.

You don’t have to stop. There is a way forward. It starts with treating your body the way it deserves and having the right team behind you to get you there.

I grabbed coffee this morning with Dr. Ryan Evenhouse, who just opened Fortitude Spine Care.

It was great to slow down for a bit and hear his story, what got him started in spine care, why he decided to open his own practice, and the vision he has for the future. You can tell right away how much he cares about people and doing things the right way.

I really enjoy conversations like this. It’s encouraging to connect with other providers who are passionate about making a difference and raising the standard of care. Ryan’s just getting started, and I’m excited to see what he builds.
