Meet our new instructor, Courtney! ✨

With over 25 years of ballet training under her belt, Courtney is so excited to bring adult ballet classes to the Core community!

From performing in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade to the streets of Disney, she has been dancing her entire life. Courtney’s passion for dance is contagious and she loves watching people discover just how good it is for the body & mind.

Help us welcome this Louisiana native to Crown Point & join her every Monday evening at 6pm! 🩰

We’re coming together for our furry friends at 🐾

Now through our Puppies & Fitness event on April 12, we’re collecting donations for Lakeshore Paws to help support local animals in need.

Items on their wish list go a long way in making these pups feel safe, loved, and cared for.

It all started with the feeling we wanted every person who walks through our doors to experience…It’s rooted in the idea of movement, growth & coming home to yourself.

The crescent moon represents 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝 𝙞𝙣 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙋𝙝𝙖𝙨𝙚 - a reminder that we don’t have to be at our fullest to be powerful. Just like the moon, we’re constantly evolving, shifting, becoming.

The surrounding dots reflect the journey - progress, change & the rhythm of showing up again and again.
