Hip Bridges have our heart ❤️

Hip bridges strengthen and activate multiple muscle groups:
- Glutes (especially gluteus maximus) — the primary muscle worked
- Hamstrings — assist with hip extension
- Core muscles — including the transverse abdominis, to stabilize the pelvis
- Lower back (erector spinae) — for spinal support and control
