🌷⏰ Spring Forward This Weekend! ⏰🌷

Don’t forget to set your clocks ahead one hour this Sunday! While we’re all looking forward to longer, brighter evenings, we know that time changes can sometimes be tough, especially for children who thrive on routine.

At Majestic Care ABA, we understand how important consistency and structure are for our families. Even a one-hour shift can impact sleep schedules, morning routines, and behavior.

Here are a few ABA-friendly tips to help ease the transition:

✅ Start adjusting bedtime 10–15 minutes earlier a few nights before the change
✅ Keep bedtime and morning routines consistent
✅ Use visual schedules or timers to help explain the change
✅ Offer extra patience and reinforcement as your child adjusts
✅ Get outside for some sunshine to help reset natural sleep rhythms

Small adjustments can make a big difference! 💛

We’re here to support your family through every transition, big or small. If you notice changes in sleep or behavior next week, let your care team know so we can help.
