A fall while hiking left Cynthia with serious injuries to her foot, knees, and hip, but her determination and the support of our Crown Point Health Campus team turned a setback into a comeback. 💪💙

In just two months, she went from being unable to walk to moving confidently with a cane. She credits her progress to the dedication of our therapists, nurses, and CNAs, as well as the activities and friendships that kept her spirits high along the way.

Thank you, Cynthia, for trusting us with your recovery and inspiring us with your strength and positivity. We wish you continued health and happiness!
