Update - Sunday PM

Here's a look at some of our more rural routes where conditions are also improving as the day goes on. remain at a full call out for clean up operations. This includes taking care of medians, shoulders, turn lanes, and ramps that did not have as much attention in the midst of the snowfall.

Lake effect is still expected today in the northern parts of our district so stay alert and be prepared for rapidly changing conditions if traveling in those areas. We're also dealing with blowing and drifting snow in more rural, open areas.

The Monday AM commute should be relatively smooth but still plan to give yourself a little extra time and be prepared for possible slick spots from temperatures dropping overnight. It looks like our next round of snow is headed this way Monday afternoon and will impact the PM commute. 🥲
