We had a wonderful retreat on the outer, inner and secret Tsa Lung in Santa Elena, in the mountains outside of Medellín, Colombia. Many thanks to Andres and Robinson of Centro Colombo Tibetano, Marta Charry, and Natalia Cajiao for making it all possible! It was a beautiful place to practice in the fresh mountain air.
