It was a great day sharing Primordial Sound Meditation with Ann James today! She did an amazing Sound Bath!

A Primordial Sound Meditation Class was facilitated by Heather Creer-Rygalski (Balance and Serenity) in the studio today. What a fabulous day for a great group of like-minded folks! Thank you Heather for providing an informative and insightful journey. What a profound experience for all who attended. Looking forward to tomorrow's Guided Meditations and completion of the class. I am so grateful🙏.
