Our Spooktacular Halloween Event was a tremendous success! 🎃

We were thrilled to welcome so many families and community members for an afternoon filled with games, trick-or-treating, and festive fun. Our residents truly enjoyed watching the children in their creative costumes and sharing in the excitement of the day.

A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who attended and helped make this event such a memorable experience. Your participation brought so much happiness to our residents and staff.

We look forward to continuing this as an annual tradition — see you next year! 👻🎃

🎃 Today is the day! Our Spooktacular Halloween Event is happening from 1–3 PM! 👻

Our residents are excited to welcome families and hand out plenty of candy to all the trick-or-treaters. We’ll also have a variety of activity stations, including slime-making, mask coloring, and fun games for everyone to enjoy. Be sure to join our Halloween scavenger hunt for a chance to win one of our awesome gift baskets!

Events like these are a wonderful way to bring our residents and community together — we look forward to seeing everyone this afternoon for a fun and festive celebration! 🍬

Join us from 1–3 PM in the Birch Dining Room for a fun-filled afternoon with our residents and community!

We’ll have a scavenger hunt for our little trick-or-treaters — complete it for a chance to win one of our awesome gift baskets! 🧺

A huge thank you to Crafters on Central for generously donating an additional $25 gift certificate toward our prizes.

🎉 Please help us congratulate Sara Braatz on her new role as our Central Supply Clerk! 🎉

Over the past three years, Sara has worn many hats here at ICMCF — from CNA to Housekeeping — and now she’s taking on a new challenge in Central Supply. In this role, she’ll assist our Logistics Coordinator in ensuring our wings are well-stocked and equipped with everything needed to care for our residents.

We’re so excited to see Sara grow in this position and can’t wait to see what the future holds for her. Congratulations, Sara! 😃

🌞 Please help us congratulate our very own Janine Ziert, our Sunshine Award Winner of the Month! 🌞

Janine earned this award for going above and beyond by inviting our tenants over to her home for a patio party! She and her close group of friends worked hard to make sure everyone had a wonderful time, complete with snacks, drinks, and entertainment.

Janine has been a dedicated Tenant Care Aide at Victorian Heights for nearly 8 years, and she continues to show her compassion both inside and outside of work. We are so grateful to have people like Janine as part of our facility and our community.

🎃 Candy Donations Needed! 🍬

ICMCF is looking for donations of candy for our residents to pass out during our upcoming Halloween event! If you’d like to contribute, our hungry little candy monster will be waiting in the front lobby Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.

If you can’t make it during those hours, please contact our Diversional Therapy Director, Jessica Schultz, at 906-874-1130 to make other arrangements.

Please ensure all candy is wrapped and sealed.
