I’ve been sitting with this for a while. The truth that the way I was offering yoga therapy wasn’t meeting people where they actually are.
A single $2,222 package as the only entry point…ugh. For someone who is already overwhelmed, already stretched, already just trying to figure out if they’re ready, that didn’t seem aligned and was a barrier.

We anchor. Nervous system regulation becomes your foundation.

We go deeper. Healing moves from the session into your life.
🌿 Transformation - 2 sessions/month - $399/month
The long-term therapeutic relationship. Living from wholeness. Payment plans available for every tier. HSA/FSA accepted.
