Our group of three had such an excellent time. From making our reservation to packing up to go home, every step of the way was filled with care and special service. We even bought an electrolyte drink that felt special and was so delicious to replenish our fluids after the infrared sauna. The cold plunge was so challenging but we each stayed in for five minutes and we’re so glad we did. My smart watch said it was a record breaking day in terms of calorie burn, and I didn’t work out or walk more than usual, so that was so interesting. Plus, the three of us had this restorative and interesting shared experience for the same price we would’ve paid to go out to lunch, and this was so much more fun. We definitely will be some of their first customers after their move to a different spot in Crystal Lake!
