It was a much needed recovery and relaxation day for me. I tend to get sore and tense from strength training and also being a nursing mom. The atmosphere was, clean, beautiful and so peaceful. I felt so at ease and was able to relax in the sauna and red light therapy, I can say my body feels 100x better. Thank you Nicole for being so kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

I always love the infrared sauna at The Vulcan Room, regardless of size, I leave feeling detoxed, energized, and genuinely happier every time. The cold-infused towels are amazing and such a refreshing touch. I’m so excited for them as they expand and move less than a mile down the road. Well-deserved growth, and I can’t wait to experience the new space.
