We’ll begin with 35 minutes of guided stretching with Carrie to open the body and ground the mind, followed by a holiday glow ritual with Maya of Tarli Cosmetics — a learning experience shaped by her wealth of knowledge and her deeply intuitive approach to self care and feminine energy:
Face Lift Yoga + Gua Sha — an uplifting, soothing sequence that awakens facial muscles, melts tension, and restores seasonal radiance.

You’ll finish with a meditative 10-minute brightening mask featuring pineapple enzymes and adaptogenic mushrooms, then move into the Sanctuary for an open-house style experience with infrared sauna, red light therapy, and/or cold plunge.

Seasonal snacks and refreshments included.
