Thank you to everyone that has supported our office throughout the years! This is our last week in office so in case you haven’t already heard: We have merged with Urban Care in Lake in the Hills. Our last day in office will be Dec 22nd and will be seeing patients again Jan 2nd at our new location. We hope to see you all there!
