👄 The “O” Face – Make an “O” with your lips, then smile with your cheeks. Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 5x to tone your cheek muscles.
👁 Smooth the Frown – Place two fingers between your brows and gently press outward while trying to frown. This helps reduce the “11” lines!
😊 Jawline Lifter – Tilt your head back slightly, stick your lower lip out and lift your chin. Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat to tighten the jaw and neck area.
