Our beautifully remodeled private rooms provide everything you or a loved one could need in our dedicated wings for either a short term rehab therapy stay or for a new permanent home. We also have a newly remodeled therapy gym that serves both inpatient and outpatient needs. Fair Oaks is Medicare- and Medicaid-certified and we also accept private pay and most insurances. We offer a restful, small-town atmosphere, a home-like experience, quality nursing care, delicious home-cooked meals, exceptional cleanliness, interesting and engaging activities and a pleasant location with a beautifully landscaped private outdoor courtyard and a safe and secure building.
