My name is Ronnaleigh Schmidt and I have been a patient on and off at the Heydari Health Center for about seven years. I successfully took off about 50 pounds six years ago, but because of health issues and travel, I put almost all of the weight back on.

In November, 2024 I started on a program using Semaglutide and following the suggested diet. I met and exceeded my goal in October of 2025, losing 43.8 pounds. I found it very easy to give myself the injections as the needles are small and I could not even feel them when injecting the medicine. Vivian, my lifestyle coach was very helpful in giving me tips on how to lose weight and keep it off. She is an inspiration to me and very caring and knowledgeable about weight loss and how to keep the weight off.

Dr. Heydari is wonderful. He truly cares about his patients and spends hours investigating different wight loss options for his patients, considering the safety of medications and how successful they are.
