Whether you are currently pregnant or postpartum, we offer a monthly wellness class with education preparation for delivery AND what to do AFTER your baby arrives. 👶👩‍🍼

🥁💃 Cardio Drumming 🥁🕺

Starting next week Monday, February 24th, we are bringing back our Cardio Drumming class.

It will be every Monday at 1pm!
Class enrollment options will be online

The brain/body connection is a ⚡️powerful⚡️thing.

Did you know that NMES, or Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation, can be used for patients experiencing all different kinds of limitations? Electrodes are placed on the skin, over the selected muscle groups, sending a non-painful impulse to the nerves causing the muscles to contract. This method helps remind the brain of the functioning muscle and its use in different movement patterns. The patient pictured uses floor obstacles and walking while the impulse guides her in the proper use of the muscle during those activities.
