We have another addition to our team! We want to extend a warm welcome to Julie Rhoades, who will be coming onboard to teach yoga and Pilates at our Inverness location!
About Julie:
Growing up in the vibrant dance and gymnastics scene of the Chicago suburbs, Julie Rhoades developed a lifelong passion for physical expression and wellness. Her journey into fitness naturally evolved into a deep exploration of Yoga, Pilates and CrossFit, which she discovered through her gym memberships.
After years of being an avid participant in yoga classes, Julie's dedication and love for the practice led her to a pivotal moment at a local women's gym, where she was encouraged to share her passion as an instructor. This opportunity inspired her to further her education, culminating in a comprehensive 200-hour yoga certification.
Julie specializes in teaching Yoga, Pilates and targeted stretching sessions, tailored for those at the beginner to intermediate levels. Her approach combines traditional techniques with modern fitness insights, ensuring a holistic experience that nurtures both body and mind.
Having called Florida home for over two decades, Julie also embraces the energetic and challenging worlds of CrossFit and weight training, bringing a unique blend of strength and flexibility to her yoga and Pilates classes. Her diverse fitness background enriches her teaching, offering students a well-rounded path to health, tranquility and overall fitness.
