Energy healing is incredibly relaxing! When the flow of the "Life Force Energy" (Chi or Qi) is disrupted, weakened or blocked, emotional or health problems tend to occur. Imbalances can be caused from many situations occurring in our lives. Some examples are emotional or physical trauma, injury, negative thoughts and feelings (fear, worry, doubt, anger), anxiety, negative self-talk, toxicity, nutritional depletion, destructive lifestyle or relationships, neglect of self, lack of self-love or for others, and from emotions that are not expressed in a healthy way. Reiki energy healing sessions can assist your mind and body to find 'zen' again. When we are relaxed and stress-free, we are able to restore our natural ability to heal. My energy healing sessions combine Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) and Reiki, both incredibly gentle forms of energy healing. You can learn to do Reiki too! I teach Reiki Level I, II and III several times throughout the year. Each level of Reiki heals the physical, mental/emotional and spiritual bodies.
