Living with lupus can mean navigating daily pain, inflammation, fatigue, and unpredictable flare-ups. While there is no single solution that works for everyone, emerging wellness therapies like Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) have shown potential in supporting relaxation, reducing muscle tension, and improving overall well-being.

VAT is not a cure, and it should never replace medical care. But for some individuals with chronic pain and autoimmune conditions, the gentle low-frequency sound vibrations have offered meaningful moments of comfort—helping the body calm, settle, and shift out of that constant “fight or flight” mode.

At Halo Day Spa, we’re interested in learning more about how VAT may help someone in our community who is living with lupus. We are looking for one person who would be willing to try VAT on a trial basis, with Halo documenting the experience, the process, and the outcomes—honestly and openly.

This would include:
• A series of VAT sessions at no cost
• Tracking how you feel before and after each visit
• A conversation about your experience, challenges, and any changes you notice
• Your willingness to share your review to help others who may also be searching for relief
