A huge thank you to our incredible Cuero Health employees and our amazing community for donating **over 250 pairs of blue jeans** to CISD Student Services this past February! 👖

The Student Services department supports **an average of 50 students each month**, helping ensure they have clothing that’s appropriate and comfortable for school. Their clothing closet — about the size of a classroom — is filled with clothes, shoes, jackets and other necessities for students who need them most.

Because of your generosity, more students will walk into school feeling confident, prepared, and supported. What a true blessing this is for so many young people in our community. ❤️

HRO Champion Spotlight 🌟

At Cuero Regional Hospital, speaking up protects our patients.
Mandy, CNA, recently demonstrated outstanding use of our HRO tools — including a questioning attitude and CUSS — when she noticed an unfamiliar individual in a patient care area. She paused, asked clarifying questions, and took immediate action to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.

Because she chose to speak up, patient safety and HIPAA compliance were upheld.
