The group was more than proud to write these letters to other men. A few even wrote letters to important men in their lives. They are so eager to spread the word to other men, about giving yourself the opportunity to feel, open up and express your feelings and emotions. They even told me that if I had t-shirts or hats to spread the message, they would wear them proudly.

THIS is what men's work is all about and why my advocacy work here will only expand and ELEVATE, because when you sit with men, and create a space they feel safe to feel, healing happens, the light within them, that has always been there, just dimmed by life, starts to flicker and illuminate again. They start to see themselves in a new brighter light, one they WANT to grow bigger, because in the light you can see a bit more clearer, but it's in the dark where the work is done to learn how to turn your light on.

Healing doesn't happen when you run or avoid the pain, it happens when we care enough about their stories, their deep pain, and give of ourselves in compassion and love, that healing can happen.

Beyond grateful to be given the gift by Creator, to do this work with these wonderful Souls!🙏💞
