Happy Sunday everyone! I hope that you've all had a wonderful weekend so far!

Today is an awesome day...so many things to celebrate! First and foremost it's the beginning of Holy week, Palm Sunday! I love having a relationship with Jesus and His sacrifice is what allows me to. Many people blame the Jewish people for Jesus' death, but Jesus wasn't killed or His life taken from Him....He gave it freely, it was His mission, the whole reason He was here to begin with. He loves you and I that much! Then it's also small business owners and Vietnam Veterans Day as well! Today is the national day for them both and both of these are very close to my heart! I absolutely love being an entrepreneur and being able to help people and my Dad was a Vietnam Veteran. Definitely a day to take some time to relax and reflect on the things you're thankful for!

Doing a deep dive on the autoimmune disease that God/Jesus healed me from 20 years ago and realized that it's Autoimmune Disease Awareness month! I'm praying for healing and good health to those who are battling autoimmune disease during this time!

Happy Saint Patrick's Day everyone! I'm not Catholic, but I am Irish and a Christian and contrary to popular belief about the Irish or Saint Patrick's Day..... it's not about doing a lot of drinking. I always love to learn and so I encourage everyone to maybe do some studying on Saint Patrick today, it's good for your mind to learn something new!

I tell people this all the time....most people think stress lives only in the mind, but it's definitely confined there! Mental stress does manifest physically and this is just SOME of the ways it can. That's the great thing about massage, it can actually help a lot of these physical symptoms as well as the mental!
