Fuller provides conservative and surgical treatment for the musculoskeletal system and spine. Dr. Fuller utilizes advanced state of the art techniques and instruments including computer assisted surgery, minimally invasive surgery, and radiofrequency energy surgery(sometimes referred to as laser). Dr. Fuller is activiely involved in research and development for the advancement of minimally invasive spinal surgery. Fuller has been utilizing state of the art anterior hip replacement surgery since 2006. This procedure provides many benefits over the standard total hip replacement surgery. Fuller is the only surgeon in the Cullman and surrounding area who utilizes computer generated custom total knee surgery. Computer generated custom (unique to each patient) implant tools allow the highest level of surgical precision for optimal results.
