Edited to add: please no political outburst, and in no way did I make this post to offend anyone, any party or belief. Just a heartfelt post to try to help others. At the end of the day what matters is our loved ones and not what ‘Mrs Smith’ down the street thinks of us.

Today, we are saddened by the government’s decision to halt SNAP (and soon, WIC) benefits in response to the government shutdown—especially during a time of year when so many are already struggling.

For the next two months, Exhale Tranquility Spa will be collecting non-perishable food items, specifically canned and boxed goods to donate to local food pantries. I will also accept new sock, blanket and travel sized toiletry donations as well.
