With multiple priorities vying for my attention, I am prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure successful outcomes. A new business venture is imminent, and I am eager to launch while continuing to nurture my existing business. This period represents a critical juncture, and I am prepared to dedicate the requisite time and effort to drive success. To achieve my objectives, I will be working diligently, overcoming obstacles, and establishing robust foundations, which may necessitate temporary sacrifices in my personal life. As I strive to realize my vision, certain aspects may receive less attention. A schedule adjustment will be necessary to maintain balance. Although this journey will push my limits, the faith others have placed in me serves as a powerful motivator, and I am committed to proving my capabilities and achieving outstanding results. I kindly request patience, appreciate prayers, and welcome understanding from friends. I assure you that I will uphold my commitments to both my current business and my future endeavors.

Following Jesus with anxiety is messy. It’s praying short & honest prayers because that’s all I have. It’s reading about peace while feeling anything but peaceful. It’s believing that He’s close even when my body feels on edge for no clear reason.

But I’m learning this: anxiety doesn’t push Jesus away. It actually draws me closer to Him. He always meets me right where I am. Tired, overwhelmed, overthinking — and He stays.
He’s steady when I am not.

Just a few changes for 2026
Coming Soon—

Starting soon: I will be at a new location on Mondays (full day) and a 1/2 day another day of the week.
I will be expanding my Spa hours to later in the evening on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
I will be keeping my Saturday Spa hours, 7:30 - Noon.

I regret to inform you that we will no longer be offering CBD Gummies, Tinctures, or other H**p products at the Spa. I am disappointed that our clients will no longer have access to Delta 8 and 9 products, which had proven beneficial for improving sleep quality, alleviating pain, and promoting relaxation. I intend to review the new legislation and familiarize myself with the requirements outlined by ABC, with the goal of potentially becoming a certified retailer in the future. In the meantime, I encourage our valued clients and members of the Alabama community to share their thoughts and opinions on this development.
