ADHD isn’t a lack of attention — it’s attention to everything all at once. Laughing about it makes it feel a little lighter. 😂 (As I sit here with a mile long to do list but my brain can’t figure out where to start so I go into freeze mode and scroll Facebook for 3 hours… )
