pranapiloga is a commUNITY studio focused on yoga, massage and wellness. We also offer reiki, thai bodywork, chakra cleansing and crystal bowl sound therapy. By creating a welcoming and safe space we believe every person can experience and integrate these healing modalities. We provide a variety of classes, events, retreats and workshops to meet everyone’s unique needs.

I started the pranapiloga commUNITY here in Culpeper April 1, 2015. I know firsthand the powerful healing of the modalities we offer. I survived an accident - 7 broken bones, a TBI and soft tissue damage. I mended by practicing these ancient, wise healing modalities.
