It’s been a very emotional time for me as I go through this shift as I am literally shifting my lifeline.

We are in the midst of a massive collective shift

For those who are feeling in between worlds and walking in unknown spaces

The most advantageous stance you can take is softening your heart and giving yourself encouraging mental talk.

In the depth of my shadow work, the tool that got me out, was affirming my inner truth. I hung onto the knowing that I was going through everything I was experiencing with source, my ancestors,higher versions of myself. I accepted the lessons and teachings my soul needed in the moment and I stopped fighting myself. Affirmations allowed me to surrender. Taught me what that process looked like. But people have a misconception of this tool, they want instant manifestation. They want A to Z NOW, and it’s hard to see how that impulsivity is a frequency that will keep you spinning your wheels. It is distrust.

Affirming my soul and my path, kept my heart open.
Kept my mind from collapsing inward.

The universe wants you to have the experience of being open in heart while shifting gently from A to B. This will create a magic in your reality. Because you are showing the universe through your actions towards yourself how worthy you feel of this next timeline or next version of yourself. So worthy that you will go at it alone and through uncertainty because you love you that much. That is the moment the divine steps in, where co-creation truly opens.

Mental talk, fortifying your inner dialogue is monumental when you are shifting dimensions. The old thoughts and stories will keep you corded to old manifestations. If you are feeling stuck, I want you to write out affirmations every morning. Give yourself 3-5 minutes. And everyday affirm in your mind through out the day the thing you wrote that matters to you the most. 🤍 21 days
