🌀I believe the universe is always leaving us little breadcrumbs, signs, nudges, pings, and downloads to help reveal our life purpose and fulfillment.

Sometimes it comes as a thought you can’t stop thinking about, a dream that lingers long after you wake, a curiosity that pulls you in, or even a quiet urge to say yes when your logical mind doesn’t yet understand why.

If you are searching for a sign, let your curiosity guide you. THAT curiosity is the sign. Allow yourself to be pulled toward what you truly love, even if no one else understands it, because it will always lead you in the right direction. Especially this year, the year of the 1, carrying the energy of the Fool, we are being asked to trust what is emerging before we see proof. To embrace the unknown. To step into what calls us with childlike wonder even when it is scary, uncertain, or doesn’t yet make sense.

This past month, I had the honor of guiding 30 incredible students through my Reiki I & II and III/Mastership trainings. Every single one of them stepped into the unknown and left behind what was familiar. They followed an unconventional path because they listened to their souls, and for that alone, I am so proud of them, as not many people have the courage to do that.

Remember, when you follow your heart, doors open physically, emotionally, and spiritually to experiences that take you further than you ever imagined. The universe LOVES a brave soul.

The other week, I found my Reiki certificate from 2017. Nine years ago.

Holding it in my hands made me pause. Lately, I’ve been feeling similar to how I felt back then — curious. Open. Following what sparks my interest without needing to know where it will lead.

Back then, I barely knew what Reiki was. I had no idea that saying yes to that training would change the entire trajectory of my life. But I followed the nudge anyway. I let curiosity lead.

It made me reflect on how our lives seem to move in nine-year cycles. The more I study the patterns in my own life, the more I believe it.

When I look back at 2017, I can see it clearly. It was a beginning. A true reset. And what’s fascinating is that 2017 was a 1 Year in numerology — just like 2026 is now.

I want you to take a moment and think about your own life in 2017. If nothing comes to mind, scroll through your camera roll. What were you feeling? What were you building? Did you say yes to something new? And does any of that energy feel familiar right now?

There’s a reason I ask.

A 1 Year marks the start of a brand-new nine-year cycle. It brings new interests, new desires, new goals. It invites you to reflect on where you’ve been, where you are, and where you truly want to go.

Beginnings require courage. They ask you to trust what’s emerging before you have proof.

And often, they open doors you didn’t even know existed — leading you somewhere entirely different, physically, emotionally, and spiritually than where you began.

Ask yourself: If I wasn’t afraid, what would I begin?

Remember: you can begin again at any time. And this feels like a powerful time to start.

👶🩵Baby’s 2nd reiki session and sleep update!! Okay, I don’t know if you guys saw, but I shared a video of me offering Reiki to my friend’s 6-month-old baby because he hasn’t been sleeping well. That very night, after Reiki, he had the deepest, longest sleep he’d had in his entire six months of life.

My friend reached out again recently and said his sleep was starting to decline, so I came by again and put this Reiki to the test.

And guess WHAT!!!

That very night, he slept for 11 hours and 30 minutes, from 7pm–6:23am. (You can see the screenshot from his sleep monitor in the video.)

The night before, he woke up three times throughout the night sleeping from 6:30–9pm, 9:40–10:40pm, and then 11:40–4:30am.

It makes complete sense to me that babies are especially sensitive to energy—they’ve only just arrived from the spiritual realm, still so open and receptive to subtle shifts around them.

Since I shared that video, so many mamas have reached out to tell me how Reiki has supported their babies’ sleep as well, and it’s been so beautiful to witness these shared experiences.

Moments like this are such a gentle reminder that everything truly is energy—and when we support the system at an energetic level, the body often knows exactly what to do.
